It provides an easy to use and affordable way for schools to publish and promote vacancies to potential candidates and delivers real-time data and insights about schools’ recruitment activity.

As well as delivering insights to schools, HMC School Careers will also provide HMC with insights into recruitment patterns – and HMC will use this data to support members with the ongoing improvement of their recruitment and retention strategies.
